How Seravi monitoring works
Every Seravi customer site is checked automatically every hour by our monitoring system, which runs on infrastructure separate from the sites themselves.
If a site becomes unreachable, its owner is notified by email immediately, our team is alerted at the same time, and a confirmation email is sent as soon as the site is restored. You never need to report an outage — we already know.
